The Pace RideShare Program ("Program") is an online service provided through www.pacerideshare.com ("Website") as a convenience to persons seeking ridesharing services in the greater Chicagoland area. By using the Website, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service.

You accept full responsibility for all rides that you offer, solicit, or accept through the Program ("your rides") and shall exercise ordinary care and caution to ensure your personal safety in connection with your rides. You assume all risk of and responsibility for injury, loss, damage, and liability related to your rides, your use of the Website, and your participation in the Program and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pace, the Website developers, and Pace's directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all losses, demands, obligations, costs, fees, damages, liabilities, suits, actions, judgments, claims, and expenses, including reasonable fees for attorneys, consultants, and experts, arising from or related to your rides, your use of the Website, and/or your participation in the Program. You shall not bring a weapon on any vehicle involved in the Program.

Pace may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

These Terms of Service are in effect beginning August 19, 2019.

Pace is committed to protecting individual privacy and securing the personal information that you make available when you use the Pace RideShare website ("Website"). Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue
